Xcel Surfaces Recommended Applicators are required to go through a verification process that includes a stringent review of past jobs. Must be a Licensed Contractor, Not have any complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. Recommended Applicators must have attended training in the use of Xcel Surfaces products.
